Key tip for 2015: order your high end number and as you get closer to your event (and as the RSVPs come back) adjust your quantities. As the old expression goes, you would rather have it and not need it rather than need it and not have it. Most companies will adjust your billing and quantities based on your final number once the RSVPs are in.
Additionally, it is always good to book for event rentals early. Many leading experts out there will tell you that 2-3 months in advance is fine. However, there is such a thing as the “busy season” when it comes to event rentals. For example, May and June are very popular for weddings and graduations. If I have brides calling me six months in advance to rent chairs and tents, I may not have all of my items available to rent for your date at the three month mark.
Planning is always essential. When you call, don’t be afraid to ask questions and take notes. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have, and enjoy receiving customer feedback as well. Our goal is to create a smooth rental process for your event and make your event one to remember.
